1. Cooling-off period
You may cancel your enrolment within 7 days of payment and receive a full refund of program fees, provided you have not attended more than two live cohort sessions and have not downloaded any restricted course materials. This is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under UK or Indian consumer law.
2. Refunds after the cooling-off period
After the 7-day cooling-off period, refunds are considered on a pro-rated basis up to 30 days after the cohort start date, calculated as:
- The amount you have paid, minus
- Fees corresponding to elapsed cohort weeks at the published per-week rate, minus
- A non-refundable administration fee of 10% of the total program fee, capped at the equivalent of GBP 150 / INR 15,000.
After 30 days from the cohort start date, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly agreed in writing.
3. What is not refundable
- Application fees, where charged.
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (for example, partner certification voucher fees) once they have been issued.
- Programs accessed via scholarships, vouchers, or promotional waivers.
- Cases of policy violation, plagiarism, or termination for cause.
4. Defer instead of refund
If you cannot continue but would like to return later, we offer a one-time deferral to the next available cohort. Deferral requests must be made before the 30-day window described above and are subject to seat availability.
5. How to request a refund
- Email support@thewillseducation.com from the address on your enrolment record, with the subject line "Refund request — [your name] — [program]".
- Include your offer letter reference, payment receipt, and the reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge within 2 business days and confirm eligibility within 7 business days.
6. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. International payments may be subject to currency conversion losses, which we are unable to reimburse.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and, where the chargeback is found to be unwarranted, may result in suspension of program access.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019, or other applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
